Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly creative, multi-skilled Content Creator to drive our brand’s storytelling across platforms and bring our products, events, and campaigns to life. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for design, strong video/photo editing skills, and a passion for building engagement through content that moves people.

As a Content Creator you will be a key player in supporting social media, marketing activations, events, and product campaigns, ensuring that every piece of content aligns within our brand.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Develop visually compelling digital assets (graphics, ads, infographics, etc.) for social, web, and marketing use.
• Design branding materials and visuals for product launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, schedule, and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Capture and edit high-quality video and photo content for digital platforms, events, and campaigns.
• Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) and long-form video assets as needed.
• Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling style across all media formats.
• Support live event coverage through content creation and social media takeovers.
• Document behind-the-scenes moments and attendee interactions to build post-event content.
• Coordinate with event teams to create pre-event promos and post-event recaps.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create compelling content that highlights product features, benefits, and user stories.
• Develop content for product launches, campaigns, and digital ads.
• Support creative strategy around product storytelling across multiple touchpoints.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with graphic design, illustration, marketing, fine art, communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of work experience in marketing or graphic design field, designing across multiple platforms.
• Expertise for designing for print, digital, and web
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with superb skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva
• Experience with graphics, typography, and digital photography
• Understanding of a brand’s audiences, identity, mission, and value proposition
• Experience in volleyball or sports preferred
• Working knowledge of other software such as Acrobat Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, etc. preferred
• Experience with WordPress preferred
